Hi, I’m Angelique.

A heart-centered spiritual director, space holder, and co-dreamer of a liberated future.

I create healing space for women, gender-expansive, and trans bodies of culture to reconnect with their inner wisdom, ancestral knowing, and Spirit—bringing more rootedness and care into their lives.

Through deep presence, witnessing, and reflection, we co-create space to heal, reimagine, and practice new ways of being.

Like you, I was taught to shrink, before I learned to expand.

Since as far back as I can remember, I have felt Spirit’s presence in my life.

Growing up in white evangelical and pentecostal churches gave me space to explore that connection, but it also taught me to shrink.

I learned how to pray, to worship, to seek the Divine—but only within specific boundaries and boxes never designed to hold all of me. Boxes that required me to shed off pieces of my identity and culture in order to belong.

Still, something in me refused to completely disappear.

When we re-member what was lost, we begin to heal.

For a long time, I believed my spiritual exploration was a rebellious or deviant response to religious trauma—until I remembered those who came before me.

My great-grandparents, my abuelitas, my tías, my parents—how they moved through the world, their prayers, their rituals, their relationship with God. They are deeply rooted.

As I began to engage in sacred ancestral practices, I realized my connection to Spirit was not born from trauma, it was born from the ancestors.

Returning to these ways is not rebellion—it is remembrance. It is reclaiming what was never meant to be lost.

Re-membering is a lifelong journey of liberation.

Reclaiming ancestral wisdom and returning to our bodies is not a one-time event—it is a lifelong practice of undoing, re-membering, and liberating.

It is the sacred work of healing what has been severed, honoring what has been buried, and allowing ourselves to fully exist in the wholeness of who we are.

This is why I do the work that I do.

I have walked the path home to myself—now, I guide others on their way back, too.
